Last September 24,2015, Mike O’Hagan run and hosted a Q & A session through a webinar. This free online event was attended by many business owners (pre-start up to large businesses) from Australia. They actively participated by sending in their questions.
 
Unlike the previous webinars done by Mike, this webinar was different. Because Mike was joined by 5 other industry experts and entrepreneurs. They shared their insights and knowledge with the audience by answering the questions both from Mike and the webinar attendees. Below are the panelists in the event.

lee  Lee Shaddock (Shore360, Inc.)

Lee is an Australian married to a Filipino and has been living in the Philippines for the past 5 years. He co-founded a company that digitised paper content. And in 2010 opened a processing office in Manila building a team of more than 300 staff. Recently Lee launched a new venture in the BPO space and founded Shore360, Inc. offering the experience and knowledge to support business considering enterprise in the Philippines. Lee is now a resident of the Philippines and has hands on experience working with the Filipinos people and how cultural difference need to be managed in the work place.

 

Mark Pic  Mark Cottle (Frontline)

Mark is the director of Frontline, a Melbourne based Chartered Accounting firm. It has four years of experience running accounting teams in the Philippines. By demand from their peers in the industry, they launched a BPO that grew from a standing start to about 110 employees in 18 months. Frontline now services clients across Australia and more recently, in the UK.

Lota Samonte is the founder and owner of Your Virtual People Inc. A company that specialises in providing back-office support to small Australian businesses. The company grew up to 80 staff in the span of less than 3 years (including the incubator models they did).
